Dear You,

Right about now, you’re probably really uncomfortable. Your belly itches and you have to pee. I know that because that’s pretty much how you felt for the entire nine months of this pregnancy. You’re probably also in panic mode because that’s how you spent most of it, too.

You’re so worried that something is going to go wrong, that you’re having trouble relaxing. Will you be a good mom? Will you know how to change a diaper properly? Will you know how to calm a crying baby at 3 a.m.? Will your baby actually make it into this world and be healthy?

Expecting mum, these are the things that you need to be aware of…

When idea or child is conceived, you may have thoughts of how its gonna look and what it’s gonna be. However, you need to open-minded because sometimes, things aren’t gonna work out.

Everything that you will think about from now on will contribute to the wellbeing of what you are conceiving, so you should be mindful.

Research proves that what women think affects the hormones in their body, which is carried into the bloodstream that goes inside the beautiful being inside them. We can change reality with our thoughts and words.

But let me tell you one thing: Beautiful Mumma, you’ve got this.

I know you’re worried. I know you’re scared. All that lies before you right now is one big, amazing and terrifying mystery. You’re wondering what kind of mother you’re going to be and if you’re going to be a good one. But what I know for sure is that, you’ve got this.

You’re going to be amazing.

Breathe.

The baby will be fine. Actually, he will be more than fine. He will be perfect. In fact, he’ll be the most perfect thing you’ve ever seen in your whole life. 

You’ve been so worried about the big things that you’re forgetting about the small ones. And the small ones add up to the big ones because this is a life we’re talking about here. Not just his life — your life, too. You’ve forgotten you in this whole equation. You need to fix that so you can start out this whole motherhood thing on the right foot and make things as awesome as possible for you, your family, and your little one.

So Relax, Enjoy, and don’t forget to Take Care of You.
